Doing my usual work and all of a sudden the room starts shaking like it’s possessed! Nobody thought of it as an Earthquake because we don’t get them here or so most thought. We had to check the news to see if it was only us that felt the earth shake. This 5.5 / 5.6 magnitude Earthquake seems to have shook a lot of ground, sending tremors from Detroit Michigan to Montreal, Quebec.

As the G20 Summit approaches even the Earth we walk on isn’t happy about it. Not saying the Earthquake was caused by the G20 but it is ironic don’t you think. Clearly we are not safe even in the middle of Canada or should I say The Centre of Canada, Toronto Ontario.

A magnitude 5.5 eastern earthquake usually can be felt as far as 500 km (300 mi) from where it occurred, and sometimes causes damage as far away as 40 km (25 mi).

For More information on Today’s Earthquake Check out the USGS  Website or watch your local news sations.

Be Safe, stand in a door way or under a table if the earth starts to shake again!
