Roberta Armani chose to throw a lavish star studded TIFF cocktail party at the CN Tower with longtime friend Producer Edward Zwick in tow. Many familiar faces like Anthony Mackie, Jessica Chastain and Chloe Grace Moretz graced the black carpet with the one and only Mark Ronson as the Spinmaster of the evening. The exclusive TIFF bash was thrown in honour of the world premier for “Films of City Frames“, another Armani endeavour continuing to support emerging talent in various cultural art forms, from fashion to films. Films of City Frames, created in collaboration with Luxottica and Rai Cinema, is an initiative that involved the work of six prestigious international film schools. The students were given the task of creating short films that feature caught moments, metropolitan landscapes, and emotional situations, using Giorgio Armani‘s Frames of Life glasses as a perceptual filter.
