The highly acclaimed and 2012 Emmy®-nominated series stars Oscar®-winning actor Jeremy Irons in his Golden Globe®-nominated role as Pope Alexander VI. Portraying one of history’s most intriguing and infamous dynastic families, the second season explores the cunning and manipulative patriarch of the Borgia family during the Renaissance-era in Italy. The DVD is loaded with special features including promo reels, cast and crew interviews, behind the scenes footage and bonus bloopers.

After exacting vicious punishment on all those who opposed them, the Borgias are at the apex of their power and influence. With the world around them embroiled in war and turmoil, the original crime family will continue to exploit allies, silence critics, and solidify legacies.
